The base prices for boxes are $15.00 for WGSH style and $17.00 for
illustrated insert deluxe style. But getting quantities gets you discounts:

6 boxes 10%
10 boxes 15%
15 boxes 20%
20 boxes 25%
30 or more boxes 35%

5-9 boxes $8.00
10+ boxes $11.00
20+boxes $15.00

Payment: I take Paypal (mego73@hotmail.com), or you can email me if you
wish to pay by check or money order. Check will be held until it clears.

Shipping: Please allow 2-4 weeks. Boxes are made to order and involve a lot
of steps. I will keep you informed or, of course, you can always inquire on
the status. Most of the time it will be 1-2 weeks according to the workload
and the size of the order.
